Microsoft Reserves 20% band with for your system to update or other purpose. You can get it back!

Just follow these simple steps:
1. Go to RUN and type "gpedit.msc" then press Enter. This open group policy editors Like,
-->Local Computer Policy
-->Computer Configuration
-->Administrative Template
-->Networks
-->QoS Packet Scheduler
-->Limit Reservable Bandwidth(Find in right side but you have to Click STANDARD)
2. Now Double click on "Limit Reserveable Bandwidth". It will say that it is not configured but actual fact is that, by default the packet scheduler limits the system to 20 % of the bandwidth connection, but you can use this settings to override the default.
3. So the Tricks is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO. This allow the system to reserve nothing rather than default 20%. It works on win 2000 as well.
